Responsible Gambling
Keep gambling in balance
Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. Only spend money you can afford to lose, never use funds needed for rent or everyday essentials, and do not try to recover a loss by continuing to bet. Check your spending regularly, understand the games you choose and decide for yourself whether to play.
Our terms require players to be at least 25, although local law may set a different age rule. We work to prevent underage access and ask adults to protect login details, secure gambling software with a password, supervise devices while our service is open, and consider child-protection software. Tell support promptly if you believe a minor has registered.
Limits and time away
You can set your own deposit limit. You can also make a written request to support for a gambling limit on your account. Before choosing an amount, consider how often you play, how long a session lasts and what loss would be affordable. We advise setting daily, weekly and monthly limits around those decisions.
If you need time away, ask support for a break of up to six weeks. During that period, we restrict access to your account and to new accounts you try to open. You can also ask us to close your account completely through self-exclusion. A written request can remove you from our e-mail list.
Recognising a problem
Consider whether gambling is affecting work, study, relationships or hobbies. Other signs of concern include hiding how much time or money you spend, using money meant for bills, feeling compelled to return after a loss, or gambling to escape daily life. Feelings of despair, depression or suicide need urgent help from an appropriate support service.
Our staff are trained to identify compulsive gambling and underage play. We take action when either is detected, but you do not have to wait for us to intervene. Contact support to use an account tool or to ask for help.
Independent help
Independent organisations that can help include Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4). You can contact any of them directly for support with gambling concerns.
